Shire covers 22,000 square kilometres and has a population of 7199
people and includes the towns of Walgett, Lightning Ridge, Burren
Junction, Collarenebri, Carinda, Cumborah, Grawin Glengarry &
Sheepyard Opal Fields, Rowena and Pokataroo.
