Borrowing Details and Charges

Borrowing

Once you have joined the library and have been issued with a membership card, you may borrow up to and including the following:

Adults:

• 30 items (these include magazines, paperbacks) also
• 2 cassettes
• 2 videos
• 2 DVD's
• 2 CD's

Young Adults:

• 30 items (these include magazines, paperbacks) also
• 2 cassettes
• 2 videos
• 2 DVD's
• 2 CD's

Children:

• 30 items (these include magazines, paperbacks) also
• 2 cassettes
• 2 videos
• 2 DVD's
• 2 CD's

Visitors:

• 5 items (these can include magazines, paperbacks)
• DVD's, Video's CD's and cassettes

Charges

Photocopying:

• $0.30c per sheet

Visitor Membership:

• $50.00 ($45.00 will be refunded)

Lost Card Replacement:

• $1.50

InterLibrary Loan:

• $4.00 per item

Internet:

• $3.00 per half hour

Fines for Overdue Items:

• After the due date there is a 4-day grace period, then it is $0.50c per item per week.

Replacement Costs for Overdue or lost Items:

• Full replacement Costs plus Administration
