Town & village residents are advised that Council has imposed the following water restrictions with effect 30 October 2009: Sprinkler use is prohibited other than between the following times: RESIDENTIAL PREMISES Mornings 5:00am to 9:00am Evenings 6:00pm to 10:00pm COMMERICIAL PREMISES Between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday PUBLIC PARKS, SPORTS FIELDS, & SCHOOL GROUNDS WITH FULLY AUTOMATED SPRINKLERS Midnight to 7:00am Monday to Friday NON AUTOMATED SPRINKLERS Between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday USE OF HAND HELD HOSES IS RECOMMENDED AT ALL TIMES Residents who disregard this notice may incur penalties under the Local Government Act 1993 (Section 637- Waste or Misuse of Water).
