Swimming Pool Information

Council would like to remind all pool owners that the Swimming pool Act 1992 and the Swimming Pool Regulation 1998 applies to all indoor and outdoor pools on premises where there is a residential building, moveable dwelling (eg. Caravan), or hotel or motel.
