Applications - planning certificates & outstanding notices/orders

Council issues a range of certificates and diagrams that are associated with the sale of land.
The main planning related types include:
- Planning certificate, issued under section 149(2), or 149(2) & (5), of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
- Outstanding notices certificate, issued under section 735A of the Local Government Act 1993.
- Outstanding orders certificate, issued under section 121ZP of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
- Drainage diagram, which shows the location of Council sewer mains.
