Water Restriction Notice

Council advises the following water restrictions have taken effect on 30 October 2009 until further notice.

Sprinkler use is prohibited other than between the following times:

RESIDENTIAL PREMISES

Mornings 5:00am to 9:00am

Evenings 6:00pm to 10:00pm

COMMERCIAL PREMISES

Between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday

PUBLIC PARKS, SPORTS FIELDS & SCHOOL GROUNDS WITH FULLY AUTOMATED SPRINKLERS

Midnight to 7:00am Monday to Friday

NON AUTOMATED SPRINKLERS

Between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday

USE OF HAND HELD HOSES IS RECOMMENDED AT ALL TIMES

Residents who disregard this notice may incure penalties under the Local Government Act  1993 (Section 637 - Waste or Misuse of Water). A fine of $220.00 aopplies per Breach of Restriction.
