Narran Lake

Last modified: November 22, 2007 - 3:55 PM

Narran Lake

The lake is situated approximatley 96kms due west of Walgett via the Cumborah Road. It is well known for its spectacular bird life; however it is a wildlife sanctuary and no facilities exist to enable tourists to inspect the lake by their own means. Special tours by aircraft can be arranged in Walgett and Lightning Ridge.
