Planning & Outstanding Notices/Orders

Council issues a range of planning and building related certificates and diagrams, usually associated with the sale of land.

The main planning related types include:

• Planning certificate, issued under section 10.7 (2), or 10.7 (2) & (5), of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
• Outstanding notices certificate, issued under section 735A of the Local Government Act 1993.
• Outstanding orders certificate, issued under section 121ZP of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
• Drainage diagram, which shows the location of Council sewer mains.
