Come along for a special cooking demo with The Black Olive – Mark Olive
at Galuma-li, 82 Fox St,
on Tuesday 9 December from 11am–2pm.
Come watch Mark in action, enjoy the native flavours, have a yarn with him, and enjoy lucky door prizes throughout the day.
Mark Olive, a proud Bundjalung man, is one of Australia’s best-known Indigenous chefs. Born in Wollongong on Dharawal Country, he has spent over 30 years celebrating native ingredients and blending culture with contemporary cooking.
He created and starred in the international series “The Outback Café”, and has appeared on SBS’s “A Chef’s Line”, “On Country Kitchen”, “Good Cooks”, as well as “The Celebrity Apprentice”, “The Cook Up with Adam Liaw”, and “Big Mob Brekky”.
