Collarenebri Agency Review Survey

Walgett Shire Council is undertaking a review of the services provided to the community through the Collarenebri Agency located at 6 Wilson Street, Collarenebri.

As part of this process, we are seeking feedback from residents to help us better understand local needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the Agency continues to provide a welcoming and accessible service.

This short survey asks for your views on current service delivery, potential future services, and any gaps you see within the community service space. Your insights will help shape future planning for the Collarenebri Agency. 

The survey can be returned via the drop box at the Collarenebri Office, emailed to admin@walgett.nsw.gov.au, or posted to PO Box 31, Walgett NSW 2832. You may also choose to complete the online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/CollyAgency or via the below.
