Share Your Story - Help Shape Our Disability Inclusion Action plan

Dear Community,

Happy New Year! We hope you had a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

Council is starting to prepare our Disability Inclusion Action Plan, and we want it to reflect real experiences from our community.

We Need Your Help
We’re looking for 3–4 local people who live with a disability or care for someone with a disability and are willing to share their story. These stories will help make the plan meaningful and practical.

What’s Involved?

• A friendly chat (about 1 hour) at home, work, online, or by phone – wherever they feel comfortable
• A couple of photos (with consent) to include in the final document
• In person interviews will take place between Monday 19 January and Friday 23 January,
• Online/phone interviews will take place between Monday 19 January and Friday 30 January,
