Come By Chance Campdraft is about horsemanship. The objective is to cut out a beast from the herd and direct it around a course, the person with the most points wins.
Short History of the Come By Chance Campdraft Committee as written by Marion Ward.
In 1992 Come By Chance Campdraft was known as Notrella Campdraft and was purely run by Des Allerton, where no minutes were every kept.
He did all the organizing and Marion Ward was the person who organized the draft for the weekends.
It was only when Ken Waterford was elected President in 1998 and Marion Ward elected Secretary that meeting minutes were recorded.
In 1992 a loan was made by the Come By Chance Race Club of $2500 so that a draft could be run at Notrella.
