Dick was a strong advocate for affording youth the opportunity to gain permanent local employment through undertaking recognised courses that bring specialist skills back to our community.
Walgett Pool Update 20th November 2023 Published on 20 November 2023 As of last Friday, the Walgett Shire Council has issued Letters of Acceptance (LOA) for three contracts related to the remediation of Walgett Memorial Swimming Pool. These contracts include works related to chemical dosing, repair of expansion joints and sand filter refurbishment.
