Expressions of Interest Duty Manager - Walgett Aquatic Facility

Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for casual positions of Duty Manager at the Walgett Aquatic Centre (May include Supervision at other pools within the Shire). Responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the Facility, including the Supervision of Pool Attendants, operation of the Kiosk, customer service facility cleanliness and Work Health and Safety obligations. This position will require the flexibility to be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
To be considered, interested persons must possess, or be willing to obtain.
- First Aid with CPR (level 2)
- Current Pool Lifeguard certificate,
- Current Pool Operation Certificate (or willingness to obtain at Council’s cost).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC),
- An appropriate level of fitness is required to carry out duties.
Willingness to complete a National Police Check and Pre employment medical.
Hourly rate range $43.55 - $54.44 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading, subject to skills and experience, plus 11% superannuation.
